We have had inquiries about photos from the anniversary event and also people raved about the Archival slideshow in Centennial Theatre done by Doug Bonner and John Stuart and wanted to know if either of them could make their show available. There is a message below from Doug.
Ian Rutherford was our official photographer and has a message below as well.
We will be posting a message on the website in about two weeks to officially close the anniversary event.

Start the Early morning Set up:
Tom and Larry Co-Chairs
Many thanks to the volunteers.
The Field stated to take shape as the tents sprung up.
Photo-opp boards were enjoyed.
Tom and Laurel,
Laurel as Secretary was a great help
to the Co-Chairs and was fantastic at keeping the point on track as
recorded to plan. Retired teachers still work, and work and
work......just ask Laurel.
Bruce kept the fire lanes open, grounds
accessible for emergency vehicles and supplied a parking plan with
signage.

have been doing this for years Chris Locke said.
My wife trained me.
People started
to arrive from 9:30 on and the days events
began on time at 10:am sharp and on
schedule.
Food and Beverage service got off to a
good start and was ready for the rush:
NVDFD Firefighters hard at work.
Beer & Wine Garden.
Manned by North Van Firefighters and
Volunteers.
It soon started to get busy and the seats filled.
The car show was ready for the 10:am start and got great reviews.
The Car Display produced a collection of
cars from all decades from 1910 to 2010.
North Van High classmates displayed their
cars. Each car Grad owned.
The first car on display form the decades of 1910-2010.
This car was manufactured in 1910 the year of the first grad class of
North Van High.
The day was filled with music.
